A new student Residence and Sciences Building being built in Downtown Winnipeg, at the University of Winnipeg. Near Young and Langside Streets. Ron Silver is apparently the Chancellor; and by his deep ,healthy tan, spends most of his time in the sun. You figure it out. Money comes easy for some- the rest just despair at the lack for justice or equality. The Evil people in Winnipeg seemed to be the ones honored. It seems the more you blatantly steal- like Dave Angus,head of the expensive Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce- the more money ,like free trips to Mexico. you get. When really these characters should be behind bars.
